Sales Manager

Minimum of 2-year proven experience in a sales environment (charter sales – operator/broker) or similar role
Familiarity with FAA regulations is advantageous
Strong desire to succeed
Exceptional customer service skills
Able to analyze and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Provide accurate price quoting to brokers and direct customers in a timely manner
Field high number of calls and emails and produce quotes in an expedited fashion
Maintain an accurate customer and broker database
Foster & nurture relationships with customers & industry personnel to promote goodwill & generate new business
Consistently meeting or exceeding objectives each month by meeting key performance indicators and sales targets
Ability to work independently and within the team
Spanish language is advantageous
Computer literate and experience with Aviation software
