Imagine driving on a snowmobile in a stunning winter white landscape surrounded by snowcovered mountains and stepping into the world of an ice cave where everything is 1000 years of ice.
We will pick you up
We will pick you up at your hotel at the starting time. We will start off with a good introduction to driving a snowmobile so you do not need experience BUT you do not to have a valid (and physical) driving license with you.
The exhilirating snowmobile ride & wildlife spotting
We will have stops along the way and maybe pass by wild animals like reindeers or snowfoxes. The hum of the snowmobile against the crisp snow will be exhilirating and visiting the ice cave will be even more breathtaking.
Exploring the ice cave and formations
When we are at the foot of Tellbreen we will continue the tour on foot into the ice cave. It is time to explore the sculpted ice formations and here there is no noise, no rush. The entrance is fairly easy to enter.
A lunch before returning to town
We will warm up with food and enjoy a warm drink while be breathe in the cold Arctic air before going back on the snowmobile to civilazation in Longyearbyen.

This magical ice cave exploration on Svalbard is for those who are seeking a magical ice cave visit with a small group and more time for exploration.
We will pick you up
We will pick you up at your hotel at the starting time. In the wilderness you will feel the contrast between the raw open landscape and the silent power that wait in the ice cave.
The stunning hike
The hike is mostly up hill and your guide will take you safely through the wilderness to the magical ice cave. You will hike through the stunning wilderness and might able to spot wildlife like a reindeer or polar fox.
The entrance to the beauty of the formations and ice structures inside the ice cave
There will be plenty of opportunities for breathtaking photos and awe-inspiring moments standing among the glittering snow crystals, icicles and art formations. At the entrance we normally need to climb on a ladder down to the glacier.
First lunch then the hike toward town
We will enjoy a field lunch before our hike back towards Longyearbyens lights and the beautiful views begins.

• Snowmobiles are shared. So there will 2 persons on each snowmobile and you can take turns in driving.
